Terms of use

Application use conditions for an authorized creator operations workspace. Commercial and deployment terms require an identified operator and an agreed service contract.

Authorized workspace use

Use OnlyMeCRM only for accounts and data you are authorized to manage. Protect your credentials, use the access granted to your role, and promptly report unauthorized access to your workspace administrator. Do not bypass creator assignments, work-area boundaries or platform access controls.

Content and people

You and your workspace remain responsible for the rights, consent and lawful use of uploaded media, profiles, messages and imported records. Creator operations involving adult content require adults and appropriate age and identity verification. Do not upload content involving minors, unlawful content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, stolen credentials or material you lack permission to use.

Do not impersonate another user, make false payment claims, or use this application to harass people. Platform rules and applicable law continue to govern work prepared here.

Messages, integrations and AI

Review drafts, attachments, prices and recipients before confirming an action. AI suggestions can be inaccurate and remain drafts for human review. Using an external AI or platform integration can send the data described in that feature to its provider.

Available connection and delivery modes depend on the operator’s setup and the platform’s authorization. A saved login record, browser session or prepared draft is not a promise of platform approval or completed delivery. OnlyMeCRM is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans, Fansly, Google or other platforms referenced in the workspace.

Fees and service commitments

A displayed plan or price does not authorize a charge. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, support and availability terms must be stated in the operator’s actual agreement before a paid service begins. This deployment has not supplied complete commercial terms, governing law or a dispute contact.

Privacy, exports and closing access

Read the privacy notice and cookies and storage notice before adding personal data. Workspace administrators control team access. Export, closure, retention, backups and requests concerning other providers must follow the operator’s documented process. A sign-out or removed team membership does not itself erase all server records.

Before production use

The operator must complete its legal identity, privacy contact, retention policy, processor and transfer details, customer agreement and jurisdiction-specific review. These application notices are a starting point for that review and do not establish legal approval or a complete signed service contract.
